Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time and date?

You can choose the exact date you would like your gift to be delivered during the ordering process. Orders within Mexico City are delivered the same day, for the rest of the country, we have the next day delivery service.

The specific delivery time depends largely on city traffic and the most optimal route to your home. As such, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; however, we will ship your arrangement within a time range of your preference. It is vitally important that you complete all the details of the delivery address correctly and do not forget details such as the zip code, neighborhood or subdivision.

Delivery hours for national “next day” orders range from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm of the next day the purchase was made. Since everything is sent by Estafeta and DHL Express, make sure that someone is at home to receive it.

What is your warranty policy?

At Eleganza Regalos® we provide you with the safety and quality that you demand in a first-class product. Therefore, committed to our customers, we offer a 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all our eternal arrangements. For natural arrangements, we offer 24 hours for any clarification.

Can I process a cancellation?

Yes , fortunately at Eleganza Regalos® we are aware of the unforeseen events that may happen, which is why we have certain cancellation policies where you can get up to 100% of your money back. You can click here to view our cancellation policies.

If you wish to cancel an arrangement, you may do so up to two days before the delivery date.

Do you sell natural flowers?

Are eternal roses natural?

Yeah! Our entire line of eternal roses is 100% natural, flowers that were under a chemical process to maintain the texture, color and smell of a live rose!

How do we make our eternal roses last more than a year?

Our eternal roses last more than 1 year with proper care. How do we achieve it? Our flowers go through a chemical rehydration process, thus managing to retain a pleasant smell for up to 6 months, perfect texture and a bright natural color for up to more than 7 years! All our roses go through a quality filter which is approved by the OMF (Mexican Flower Organization SC). www.floresdemexico.org

Can I personalize my own gift?

Clear! Our gifts are 100% customizable. We have cases and gifts in different colors and presentations, from Marble Print to top quality acrylic boxes. You can choose the color and shape of everything in your arrangement. Our website and team will help you design the perfect arrangement for that special loved one!

Can I take the flowers out of their box?

No, it is not advisable to take the roses out of their box since the flowers are manually fixed one by one to their base to ensure the quality of the arrangements. Removing the flower buds would destroy or ruin the detail.

Can I water my arrangement?

No, water, apart from spoiling the eternal roses, will damage the box and detail components, thus leaving your product without warranty. Avoid carrying out these types of activities to preserve the quality and beauty of the product.

What type of maintenance do eternal roses need?

It's easy to keep your arrangement in optimal condition. Normally, common flower arrangements require constant water and lose their petals and vividness in a short period of time. Instead, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for up to 5+ years without much work on your part. Simply keeping them away from water, at room temperature (+/-28ºC) and out of direct sunlight to avoid fading is more than enough for your arrangement to maintain elegance and freshness for years!

Do you cover shipping abroad?

Are the same flower colors always available?*

No, as they are natural products, we cannot ensure that the color is available 365 days a year. If the colors you need are not available, the closest possible color will be sent to you, always thinking about the quality of your product.
